Salford Community Food Project

FareShare Greater Manchester is very pleased to be working in partnership with Salix Homes to provide 25 free trial memberships to Salford community groups cooking meals and providing food for individuals and families in need. In addition, between June and December 2015, 5 cooking courses will be provided for Salford residents wanting to increase their confidence in cooking from scratch and healthy food choices. The project is funded by Salford's Health and Well Being Board in partnership with Salford CVS.

To apply for a trial FareShare membership email Miranda Kaunang at FareShare Greater Manchester: miranda@emergemanchester.co.uk or call 0161 223 8200. To find out more about the cooking from scratch courses contact Sian Sharples: sian.sharples@salixhomes.org 0161 779 8849.
