EMERGE Recycling is an experienced, progressive social enterprise specialising in waste recycling services for businesses and organisations including public sector bodies. We are ISO9001 and Safe Contrator accredited and recently obtained the British Standard in Confidential Shredding (BS EN15713) helping companies to be audit-compliant when it comes to confidential shredding and waste management. Main Duties of the Customer Care Administrator:
•Be the first point of contact, engaging with customers to ensure quality customer care at all times.
•Assist with the day to day running of EMERGE’s Customer Care Systems.
•Support the Customer Care Coordinator in making sales
•Wider customer management and support as necessary.
Essential skills and qualities:
• Very computer literate, able to use excel, word and database systems
• Excellent communication and customer care abilities on the phone and in person
• Highly organised with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Highly motivated, team player
• Committed to the 3Rs of waste reduction, reuse and recycling.
Starting Wage £15,015 for 37.5 hours a week. Additional annual bonus may be payable depending on performance criteria being met. Based on New Smithfield Market, Openshaw, M112WJ.
